major fail on the hand, among other things, it was fun to take a crack at folds/clothes

Beautiful job on the drapery. You made it look simple, although I'm sure it's not. It's something I'm working on (and struggling with), so I fave'd this for future reference.

Very nice. The good qualities far outweigh the bad, so don't worry over things like the hand. What program did you use?

glad you think so, I'm just picky about hands...this is just photoshop, round brush :)

Really? Damn. Impressive. The blending is fantastic. I'm guessing you adjust brush size and opacity, then?

Yeah if you look closely there's not actually a lot of "blending". Mostly just similar colors applied next to each other for a smooth transition. Brush size and opacity for sure.

Well, it's certainly an eye-opener in any case. I don't do "painting" in Photoshop as often as I ought to(I've got one in my most recent upload here), but this one's definitely inspired me to keep at it.

You've certainly earned a place in my Favorites, that's for sure.
